Project risk assessment of higher education online learning project during the Covid-19 crisis

This research aims to identify and assess the project risks of online teaching in Indonesian higher education institutions during COVID-19 crisis. Two analyses have been conducted using risk management approach. First, a triangulation analysis based on interviews with 35 stakeholders was implemented order construct breakdown structure major registered risks. Second, assessment calculating severity score each an survey 125 participants. The results these concluded that there were 11 risks, highest exposure technological area. In terms criticality, inadequate Internet connection inconducive learning environment selected as most critical scores. These imply importance focussing mitigation strategy policies prepare for future projects after crisis Indonesia. Keywords: distance learning, teaching, management, breakdown, structure.
